The Club is delighted to open its doors to friends from fellow motoring organisations and establishments for the first time.
This ticket grants entry to the event and includes a complementary programme.

Access to the concours and an event programme (parking not included).

For those who would appreciate an elevated experience for the whole day, the Club will be offering a full hospitality option taking place among the action in the Club’s Cedar Room. This is an opportunity to experience the Club’s fine hospitality with a full day menu selected by the Club’s Executive Head Chef, offering Members and guests a luxury base for the day’s event.
Includes:
Tea, coffee and pastries from 10.00am to 11.30am. A two-course buffet lunch and a half-bottle of wine or soft drinks from 11.30am to 2.00pm. Afternoon tea from 3.00pm to 4.30pm. Seated in the Cedar Room and Stirling’s.
Concours Parking
£10.00
For those travelling by car, parking will be available at Epsom Racecourse.
Includes:
Guaranteed parking at Epsom Racecourse. A shuttle between the Club and the racecourse will be provided.
Concours Order Terms and Conditions
Ticket Orders
1. Eligibility to Order
• You must be over the age of 18.
• You must provide your name, contact information and payment details when ordering.
2. Order Acceptance
• You’ll be able to confirm the details of your order, including your address and payment method, before completing your order.
• When you place your order, we will send you an email to acknowledge it. However, this is not an order confirmation or acceptance.
• Once you click ‘Pay Now’, you agree to give us permission to process your order as requested.
3. Cancellation Policy
• We operate a one-month cancellation policy prior to the Concours. If you no longer wish to attend, please cancel in writing on or before Monday, 9 June. After this date, we cannot offer refunds.
4. Event Cancellation
• If the event is cancelled on or before Monday 9 June, for reasons beyond our control and for which we are not covered by our insurances, tickets will be refunded. If the event is cancelled in such circumstances after this date, no refund will be given unless adequate compensation is provided by our insurers.
